Design Thinking is a collaborative approach that focus on employees' empathy in order to solving a problem. Through design concepts, this training develops cognitive, strategic and practical processes with a focus on corporate happiness.

How it works?

Design Thinking for Happiness works simultaneously as an internal audit and consulting process, producing in itself relevant data from the teams that will allow them to design an effective happiness strategy for implementation. This training in particular, focus on solving causes of unhappiness and discomfort in the workplace. It is pretty effective and all teams should try it!


1) Create empathy and understand the symptom: employees put themselves in each other's shoes and let go of preconceived ideas.

2) Define: What are the issues that need to be solved

3) Ideas and solutions

4) Prototype

5) Test
